iMomentum™ Implementation Solution
InventX™ utilizes a combination of methodology, tools and trained people to manage the deployment of the InventX™ SP2M solution. Our implementation process is tailored to the needs of each user, but relies on a consistent methodology that ensures that users are up and running on the system in the shortest possible time.
A key step is to meet with customer IT and project management professionals, to determine the most effective way to map the SP2M tools to the customer’s business process. Because we recognize that each customer has unique processes and requirements, we have deliberately increased the degree to which the software may be customized by end-users. The InventX™ implementation team works closely with each customer to maximize the benefits of using the application, and help guarantee a smooth and successful deployment.
The InventX™ iMomentum™ implementation methodology includes a set of well-defined milestones to minimize scope creep, and can generally be completed within 30-60 days. This period includes a 3-4 day training session for customer “super users”.
Our goal for each implementation is to help customers achieve 100% control of their enterprise wide project management process, and to maximize the success of individual projects. To accomplish this goal, we have assembled a team of dedicated project management and information technology experts in the following areas: Project Management – theory and practice.
